Security Is Our Highest Priority
Utah Shred employees are required to undergo a background check prior to hiring. Information required in background checks includes: employment history, criminal search, civil search, education, DMV report, and drug test. Utah Shred’s employees must sign a confidentiality agreement when hired.
Our drivers are employed by Utah Shred and undergo the same background and security checks as our other employees. We do not utilize any outside carriers or delivery service to fulfill our delivery, pick-up, and shredding needs.
Terminated employees are removed immediately from the security access system, regardless of reason for termination.
